Poste :

Job Title: Administrative Officer - Language Center

Job Type: Full Time

Location:Benguerir, Morocco

Department: Language Center

Reports to: Head of Language Center

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Head of Language Center's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
2. Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and conferences, including arranging logistics, booking venues, and liaising with caterers and other service providers.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, both electronically and in hard copy.
5. Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
9. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and coordinate restocking or repairs as needed.
10. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of Language Center.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or language center setting.
3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
9. Knowledge of administrative best practices and procedures.
