Poste :

Main mission :

We are recruiting a back-office agent english speaker.

In coordination with technicians, you will be in charge of :

• Coordinate regulary with technicians ;
• Analyse the reported data and remarks made by technicians;
• Transcribe those remarks on internal tools;
• Follow-up of reported actions.

Profil recherché :

• Customer support experience will be considered as an advantage but is not a requirement;
