Job description

Poste :

 

  •  Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
  • Analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
  • Implementing and testing of solutions.
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change

Profil recherché :

Must have skills:
• Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation (TELCO)
• Demonstrated knowledge in business process design. Proficient in BPMN and UML notation.
• Understanding and experience in designing selected industry-specific business processes, in one of the domains, customer lifecycle mgmt., product lifecycle mgmt., partner and service lifecycle mgmt.
• Full French business proficiency (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven track record in planning, preparation and conducting customer workshops (Senior business analyst)
• Proficient in working with English documents. Reading in English
Nice to have skills:
• English business proficiency in English, ability to translate documents between English and French
• Experience in using ArchiMate modeling standards and tools
• Experience in value stream design, value stream mapping and business process optimization
• Experience in the design and implementation of TMF eTOM/SID standards
