Key Responsibilities

Monitor Sales Compensation Plan attainment and commission payout per individuals, by respecting deadlines as per Sales Compensation Plan Calendar and payroll calendar

Effectively interact with Sales and Finance population and resolve questions and potential conflicts regarding Sales Compensation Plan; help other team members to solve their issues

Perform business analysis on sales commissions to support management understanding and decision makingCoordinate team work and backfill others when needed.Ensure process compliance to the commission rules

Essential Requirements

Excellent communication skills in French & English both orally and in writingPreferred Bachelor’s degree received in the last 12 months

Analytical and detail oriented profileIntegrity and trust
