Poste :

Mission and Authority :

- Ensure the operational condition of Tesca’s infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure the management of new infrastructure projects and operations
- Provide technical support for infrastructure and systems to various departments (Support / Security / Proximity).
- Participation in information system audits according to the established plan.

General Activities :

Infrastructure Development and Enhancement:

- Design and refine the system/network architecture and implements security protocols.
- Develop, operate, and upgrade the Information System (IS).

Implementation and Operations:

- Perform daily management tasks across all aspects of the existing infrastructure, including support, incident resolution, service quality assurance, customer satisfaction, training …).
- Drive the maintenance policy, structures technical support, analyzes and models processes, and prototypes the solution.
- Manage IT service providers for maintenance and new projects.

Continuous Improvement:

- Engage in ongoing monitoring of the latest technological advancements in infrastructure and security.
 

Profil recherché :

Educated to a degree level  in IT Enginnering master

At least 5+ years of experience in IT network and system operations.

• Experience of 5 - 10 years
