Poste :

Guest Relations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of guestsatisfaction and experience. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of guestrelations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. This rolerequires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve any guestissues effectively and efficiently.

Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management, preferably in avluxury hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport withguests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing guestconcerns.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Opera (PMS).
  • Fluency in multiple languages (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
