Personnel Training:
Responsible for training analysts on skills, safety, and company regulations as needed.
Equipment Management:
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of operating procedures for analytical instruments.
Participate in the research, selection, and procurement initiation of new testing equipment.
Responsible for the commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of analytical instruments.
Material Management:
Participate in the formulation of safety stock standards for materials in the analysis room.
Responsible for material requisition, issuance, storage, and inventory management in the analysis room.
Responsible for the preparation, calibration, and storage management of standard analytical materials.
Method Management:
Responsible for drafting and revising management regulations and operation manuals for the analysis room, and timely verifying their effectiveness and applicability.
Supervise and guide analysts to implement testing according to standard operation manuals and equipment operating procedures.
Participate in benchmarking with suppliers, customers, third-party testing, etc.
Others:
Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Profil recherché :
Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in chemical analysis or related fields.
More than 2 years of relevant experience in laboratory testing.
Possess professional knowledge related to analysis and testing; familiar with chemical analysis, conventional analysis methods and instruments, and understanding of the metallurgical industry.
More than 3 years of experience in analysis and testing.
Proficient in chemical analysis methods in the metallurgical industry.
Familiar with the use of analysis instruments such as X-ray fluorescence, ICP, AAS, spectrophotometer, etc.
