Poste :

• Deep understanding of Microsoft AD architecture, including hybrid identity management, Azure AD integration, and AD Federation Services (AD FS) ;
• Expertise in security engineering principles, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing security controls for AD environments ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions ;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse audiences ;
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and mentor teams, drive consensus, and drive results in a collaborative environment ;
• Understand core organizational business processes Purpose ;
• Optimize the use of Microsoft solutions within the organization with regards to cost, security and innovation.
   

Profil recherché :

• 5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft AD and O365 solutions of which a minimum of 2 years in a function with similar responsibilities architecting and implementing Microsoft AD solutions ;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field ;
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar ;
• French B2 and English B2 ;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy standards, frameworks, policies, regulations, legislations, certifications and best practices ;
• Knowledge of security controls ;
• Knowledge of maturity models ;
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks.

Skills & Experiences

• Experience of 3 - 5 years
