As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project management processes within the payments sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, standards, and tools tailored to the payments sector.
- Supporting project managers in the implementation of project management best practices and processes.
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
- Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Tracking project progress and key performance indicators, identifying and escalating issues as necessary.
- Assisting in resource allocation and budget tracking for projects within the payments sector.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Profil recherché :
- Bac+5 en informatiques ou finance
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Previous experience (5 years) in project management or PMO support roles within the payments sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
