Miisons:

? Participation in various status meetings with the general contractor and dark fibre suppliers (carriers)

? Collaboration with internal departments, subcontractors and carriers who implement the planning, construction and integration of the sites

? Maintenance of the relevant databases

? Preparation of various daily status reports with the aim of finding and addressing open tasks in the higher layer area or errors in stored data

? Creation of customised and project-related reports for team members to map specific project milestones or correlations. This also with the help of Microsoft VBA

Qualifications

Profil recherché:

• BAC+5, telecomunication sector
• Experience in mobile network maintenance, network supervision, planning and coordination Ethernet, IP, fibre
• Fluent English in written and spoken language
• German speaker
• Knowledge of agile methods like Scrum and Spotify
• Knowledge of Project management
• Knowledge of General contractor and vendor management, Knowledge of Creation of reports
• Tools used: Netsite / Digis / X:AKTA / UTS / APT / MapInfo / various EXCEL reports / Microsoft VBA / MS-Power-BI 

Skill & Experience

• An experience of 5 - 10 years is required
