Poste :

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with relevant government departments and agencies, and local government.
  • Coordinate government-related work between departments within the business, including government relations, government projects, and government contracts.
  • Organize and arrange meetings and activities with government officials to facilitate communication and cooperation with the government.
  • Policy research and analysis: track and analyze changes in government policies, regulations, and laws, keep abreast of the impact on business operations and development, provide policy research reports and analyses, and provide support and advice for business decision-making.
  • Responsible for managing the enterprise's projects with the government, including government tendering projects, government procurement projects, and government subsidy projects, to ensure that the projects are completed on time, in good quality, and in compliance with relevant government regulations and requirements.
  • Participate in and influence the process of formulating and implementing government policies to protect the interests of enterprises and their room for development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the media, including news editors, reporters, and industry experts.
  • Prepare press releases, news articles, and other promotional materials to ensure that they convey the organization's message accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate media interviews and press release activities to ensure that the organization's voice is well represented.
  • Manage the social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Post compelling content, interact with followers, and respond to their questions and feedback.
  • Monitor social media discussions and feedback about the organization and take timely action to address any negative situations.
  • Ensure crisis management plans are developed and crisis prevention and preparedness are undertaken.
  • When a crisis occurs, respond quickly and take appropriate measures to protect the organization's reputation and interests.
  • Work closely with senior management to provide crisis management advice and support.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders (including customers, employees, investors, etc.)
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and concerns, providing clear and timely information.
  • Ensure harmonious relationships between the organization and its stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships.

Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in public relations management, preferably including crisis management.
  • Proficient in corporate public relations management.
  • Some knowledge of psychology, organizational behavior, management, and finance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with government officials and various departments within the business.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal effectively with complex situations under pressure.
  • Proficiency in media relations, social media management, and crisis management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and react quickly in emergency situations.
  • Familiar with government regulations and policies, good political sensitivity, and risk identification.
