Quality Manager

Poste :

- Participate in the development of quality strategy, and in the design and updating of procedures;
- Monitor compliance of implemented processes.
- Ensure the proper application of the Group's processes and best managerial practices, as well as the voice of the customer within the organization;
- Define and monitor Quality management tools (documentation system, indicators, etc.),
- Act as internal consultants on quality issues;
- Support all production teams, helping them to professionalize their quality management and improve the quality of their services in order to best satisfy our customers.
- Participate in defining continuous improvement projects.
- draw up and monitor internal and external audit plans
- validate procedures, specifications and quality assurance system documents
- Create and update evaluation grids based on customer/Quality Management recommendations,

Profil recherché :

- With a higher education in management, you have ideally followed quality training courses.
- You are highly organized and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have proven experience in a similar position.
