Poste :

  • Analyze job requirements and craft job postings
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Review resumes and assess their suitability for each job position
  • Interview potential candidates and provide a report for the managers
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have broad knowledge about different recruitement channels
  • General skills in headhunting
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset
