Poste :

Role descriptions and main Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and customizing BMC Remedy applications to meet business requirements.

• Customizing BMC Remedy forms, fields, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within BMC Remedy applications.

• Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of BMC Remedy solutions.

• Documenting technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BMC Remedy applications, processes, and best practices.

Profil recherché :

Qualification/ Requirements:

• Must have BMC remedy custom application development skills.
• Strong grasp of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or C# for customizing and extending BMC Remedy applications
• Ability to develop, configure, and customize applications using BMC Remedy AR System.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BMC Remedy applications and configurations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement effective BMC Remedy solutions.

 

Other Skills/ Nice to have Soft Skills Assets:

• Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset; English mandatory.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Safe Agile methodology.
