Poste :

Your missions :

• Manages the Production Engineering Team within his structure
• Organizes and carries out activities within his / her area of responsibility
• Supports the Head of Production Engineering in planning resources & investments for his or her respective function / team (additional and replacements)
• Supports the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects
• Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures
• Conducts the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network
• Provides support in escalation topics from projects /quality complaints
• Is responsible for People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring)
• Ensures all tools and software are available for Production Engineering Team
• The validation & release of production equipment including boards & work place.
• The implementation of process flow, material flow:
• Ensures the product change management and introduction is carried out according to LEONI standards
• Implementation of the production concept and collaborates with the Country Production Concept team activities
• Manages manufacturing Bill of material creation & modification within the appropriate MRP system e.g. FORs / SAP / SIGIP

Profil recherché :

Master en ingénierie de la production. Expérience de plus de 4 ans dans l’industrie automobile (Cablage automobile) Excellentes compétences en leadership. Excellentes compétences relationnelles. Très bien organisé. Bonnes compétences humaines. Anglais courant
