Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team as a Technical Assistance Engineer in a B2B environment. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients in the ceramic industry. Your main objective will be to promote our products, provide technical advice to clients on their usage, and accompany them during their production processes to ensure exceptional quality in their final products.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to clients on the selection, application, and optimal use of our products in their ceramic production processes.
2. Product Promotion: Develop strategies to actively promote our products and solutions among ceramic manufacturers, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating closely with the sales team.
3. Production Process Support: Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, monitor the performance of our products in their environment, and offer real-time technical assistance during the production process.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and proactively resolve any technical issues that may arise during the use of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
5. Training and Development: Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on the features, applications, and best practices related to our products.

Profil recherché :

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Ceramic Engineering).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
• Customer orientation, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to travel inside Morocco as per job requirements.
• B2 English Level
