Main tasks and responsibilities

Translate technical, legal, and business documents accurately and efficiently from Chinese to English and vice versa.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accuracy and consistency of translated materials.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the departments.

Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.
Proven experience in translation, with a strong command of technical and business terminology.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas accurately and clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and customs.
Proficiency in using translation software and other relevant tools.
Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Culture or Translation , linguistics, international relations, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or in providing comprehensive support in a multicultural setting is advantageous.
