Full job description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Trilingual Administrative & Marketing Assistant fluent in English, French, and Arabic. The successful candidate will support daily administrative tasks and assist with marketing and client engagement activities related to Canadian immigration services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and office support tasks
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Assist with marketing activities and client outreach
- Manage and update client records and databases
- Support immigration-related files (training will be provided)
- Assist with social media content creation and engagement
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written)
- University degree (any relevant field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience using tools such as Canva
- Interest or experience in Canadian immigration is a strong asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements:
- Candidate must have their own PC/laptop and mobile phone
- Full and reliable internet access is required
Compensation:
- Base salary: 5,000 MAD per month
- Commission: Performance-based commission in addition to base salary
