JOB OFFER – AGRONOMIC TECHNICIAN (JUNIOR)
Location: Guelmim, Morocco

A dynamic company operating in the agricultural sector (berries production) is seeking an Agronomic Technician to join its technical team at its production site in Guelmim.

The selected candidate will support in field operations and crop management, contributing to the monitoring of production, implementation of technical protocols, and ensuring compliance with company standards and quality certifications.

This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates with an agricultural background who wish to develop practical and technical skills in modern berry production systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Support daily agronomic operations in the field (irrigation, fertilization, crop care)
• Monitor crop development and plant health
• Execute and follow plant protection treatments (phytosanitary applications)
• Implement and monitor irrigation and fertigation programs (drip systems, EC/pH control)
• Ensure proper implementation of company procedures in the field
• Contribute to maintaining good agricultural practices and compliance with GlobalG.A.P. and IFS standards
• Participate in planning and organizing production activities
• Collect, record, and report production data

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Agronomy / Agricultural Sciences / Agricultural Technician or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture, preferably in soilless systems (berries is a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge or exposure to irrigation and fertigation systems (drip irrigation, EC/pH monitoring)
• Familiarity with GlobalG.A.P. and IFS standards
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data recording)
• Driving license (required)
• Good level of English (mandatory) – French is a plus
• Strong interest in agriculture and crop production
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work actively in the field

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• Work is organized throughout the week, including weekends
• Rest days are rotated within the team (not fixed)
• Immediate availability preferred
