About the project

We are developing an AI-powered platform for entrepreneurs that helps users understand, prepare and automate administrative, legal and tax procedures.

The platform combines:

• Artificial Intelligence (LLM)
• Document generation
• Administrative workflows
• Verified legal and tax sources.

You will work with an international team including developers and a technical architect.

Your role

We are looking for a technical and organized person to help manage product operations, testing and workflows.

You will help ensure the platform works correctly and evolves efficiently.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing new features of the AI platform
• Identifying bugs and reporting issues
• Verifying AI responses and system behavior
• Documenting workflows and features
• Coordinating with the development team
• Tracking tasks and improvements
• Suggesting improvements to workflows and automation.

You may also help improve internal processes and automation related to our other business activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical or engineering background
• Has 2–4 years experience in QA, product operations or technical project coordination
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Can communicate clearly with developers
• Is interested in AI, SaaS and automation.

Languages:

• English required
• French required .

Nice to have

Experience with:

• AI tools or LLM platforms
• SaaS products
• Workflow automation tools
• Project management tools (Notion, Jira, etc.).
