Position Overview

The Appointment Setter / Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing them to our no-cost benefits and insurance programs, and setting up qualified appointments with licensed agents. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by results, and excited to be part of a supportive and goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
• Clearly communicate the value of our insurance products and no-cost benefits.
• Overcome objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Schedule appointments for licensed agents to conduct consultations.
• Track calls, conversations, and appointments in CRM or tracking system.
• Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointments.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (preferred but not required). good English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with scripts and adapting conversations as needed.
• Basic computer skills (CRM usage, email, scheduling software).
• Bilingual (Spanish/French) a plus.

Pay: 2,500.00DH - 4,000.00DH per month
