Full job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s agenda and appointments
  • Receive and handle phone calls and emails
  • Welcome clients and organize meetings and appointments
  • Accompany the Director on certain business trips or professional travels, when required
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Handle administrative tasks and organize files and documents

Required Profile:

  • Education or experience in secretarial or administrative work
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, email)
  • Organized and reliable person
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
