Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s agenda and appointments
- Receive and handle phone calls and emails
- Welcome clients and organize meetings and appointments
- Accompany the Director on certain business trips or professional travels, when required
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle administrative tasks and organize files and documents
Required Profile:
- Education or experience in secretarial or administrative work
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, email)
- Organized and reliable person
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
