Job Type: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Full-time + Saturday half-day
Languages Required: English + French (spoken & written)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries and book consultations with our Immigration Consultant. Your main goal is to respond fast, qualify leads, follow up, and maximize booked appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Note: Immigration decisions are made by IRCC/authorities. Your role is to support clients and schedule consultations—not to promise outcomes.Working hours

Edmonton time (Canada / MST in January):

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Morocco time (typically ~8 hours ahead of Edmonton in January):

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (next day)
  • Saturday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls professionally and capture lead details
  • Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and email (fast response time is critical)
  • Qualify leads (basic questions, needs, urgency) and route “hot leads” into booked consultations
  • Book, confirm, and remind appointments (and reduce no-shows)
  • Follow up with leads who didn’t book yet (structured follow-up sequence)
  • Keep records organized (lead notes, status, follow-up dates)

Requirements

  • Fluent English + French (strong speaking and writing)
  • Comfortable with phone-based customer service + appointment setting
  • Strong communication, calm attitude, and professional tone
  • Must have: computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
  • Reliable availability during the required schedule
  • Bonus: experience with immigration/consulting services, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or lead management

Compensation

  • Base salary: $500 CAD per month
  • Commission: $100 CAD per closed lead (lead that becomes a paying client)
  • Performance-based growth opportunities
