As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle banking-related inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and client satisfaction in every interaction.

Your Main Responsibilities:

* Assist clients via inbound calls with a wide range of banking needs
* Manage account information updates and process confidential data securely
* Provide support for digital banking services and troubleshoot user issues
* Handle requests related to account statements, payment methods, and replacements
* Investigate specific transactions and manage dispute cases
* Assist with inquiries linked to suspicious or fraudulent activities
* Record customer feedback and follow up on assistance requests
* Follow strict identity verification and compliance protocols

Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

Profil Recherché

Profile Sought

Essential:

* Bilingual French/English (advanced to perfect level)
* Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management
* Interest in the banking or financial sector
* Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Professionalism, resilience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma (or equivalent)

Appreciated:

* Previous experience in banking or fintech customer support
* Familiarity with security and compliance procedures in financial services
