Join our bilingual customer service team and support Canadian patients and healthcare professionals. You don’t need any prior healthcare experience — we provide full paid training to prepare you for success.

This is a service-only position (no sales), where your role is to provide clear, professional, and empathetic assistance.

What You’ll Do

• Handle patient and provider calls (70% English / 30% French).
• Support with medical devices, insurance requests, and product guidance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Work exclusively night shifts to match Canadian hours (12:00 – 02:00 AM Rabat time).

Profil Recherché

• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level, C1–C2 preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Patient, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working night shifts only.
• Computer-literate and quick to learn new systems.
• No healthcare background needed – training provided, beginners welcome.
