Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Booking Agent to join our team. In this position, you will provide support with accommodation arrangements and all services contracted by clients. Your role will involve resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction among clients, partners and tour operators. You will contribute to the company’s development in hotel trading and destination management through professionalism, efficiency and proactive service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all booking processes, notifications and client requests with a strong focus on accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor stop sales and ensure optimal control of hotel availability.
  • Follow up on daily bookings, arrivals, amendments, cancellations and early departures.
  • Coordinate with hotels regarding payments, reservation changes, and operational needs.
  • Provide both telephone and email support to clients and partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and guests.

 

  • English and French, additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with partners and guests.
  • High level of discipline, organization and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
