Since 2021, Allianz Technology has launched Allianz Services to support Allianz entities in their innovative projects. We are currently looking for passionate team members with strong customer service skills, specifically Italian-speaking profiles, to strengthen our team. Do you enjoy providing high-quality service and reassuring customers? Then this position is made for you! Your daily mission: • Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their products. • Listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide clear and appropriate solutions. • Strictly follow procedures and manage complex cases through escalation when necessary. • Update customer information and ensure accurate case follow-up. • Collaborate with other teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience. • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Profil Recherché

• Very good command of Italian, both spoken and written.
• Service-oriented, detail-focused, and precise.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to continuously learn.
• Basic knowledge of English or French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
