Position: Call Center Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Languages Required: Arabic & English (Fluent in both – spoken and written)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • A quiet and professional home workspace with a reliable internet connection.
