About Red Wireless

Red Wireless is a Canadian telecom company expanding into Morocco. We are launching a new operation and looking for a senior professional to help build and scale our presence locally.

As part of our Morocco launch, we are building a high-performance work-from-home Sales team focused on telecom products for the Canadian market.

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to develop, coach, and prepare our Telecom Sales Representatives for success.

As our Telecom Sales Trainer, you will:

• Design and deliver training programs for Telecom Sales Representatives (remote model)
• Develop onboarding materials, product knowledge guides, and sales scripts
• Train agents on Canadian telecom products, compliance, and sales techniques
• Conduct live virtual training sessions and ongoing coaching
• Monitor performance and identify training gaps
• Partner with Canadian leadership to align training standards and expectations
• Provide performance feedback and support continuous improvement
• Assist in developing quality assurance and coaching frameworks
• Contribute to building a strong performance-driven culture from the ground up

Requirements

• 5+ years of Call Centre training experience (Telecom industry preferred)
• Strong background in Telecom Sales campaigns
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• Experience training remote/work-from-home teams
• Strong presentation and coaching skills
• Deep understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Ability to create structured training materials and SOPs
• Based in Casablanca, Morocco

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 7,000.00DH - 9,000.00DH per month
