Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, …)

  • Understand, capture and document business objectives and requirements

  • Advise the client and align the business requirements to Salesforce capabilities

  • Design and conceptualize business solutions to match client needs Salesforce.com

  • Engage internal implementation team on client requirements and solution design

  • Define and document functional design that meets the client’s business objectives

  • Develop and document test scenarios and scripts for system, integration, and user testing, as well as facilitate testing activities

  • Create training materials and conduct training on the implemented solution

  • Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions

 

Your Profile:

  • Good analysis and solution designing skills

  • Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices

  • Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

  • Effective presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required

  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in:

    • Consulting

    • Project Management

    • CRM

    • Cloud technologies

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification mandatory

  • At least 1-4 years of relevant working experience

    • Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected.
