Position

We are currently looking for a CLIENT ADVISOR for our store in CASABLANCA. As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them across the brand’s offerings. Through proactive client outreach, you will contribute to both individual and team success.

Job responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, to foster Brand loyalty
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Proficient Arabic and French. Advanced level in English, any other language is a plus.
• A previous background in retail or hospitality and luxury will be positively considered.
• Professional Superior studies in sales & marketing and/or tourism are valued but not a requirement.
