Job Title: Construction Resourcer (English & French Speaking)
Location: Marrakesh, Morocco

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Construction Resourcer to support the delivery of skilled labour and site-based professionals across live projects. This role suits a locally based candidate with strong coordination skills, recruitment exposure, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage construction workers and site staff (skilled and unskilled labour)
• Manage candidate pipelines, screening, and shortlisting for active roles
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and mobilisation of workers to site
• Maintain accurate candidate records, compliance documentation, and right-to-work checks
• Track workforce availability, attendance, and site allocations
• Act as a key liaison between site teams, candidates, and management
• Support day-to-day recruitment administration and reporting
• Ensure all documentation is organised, up to date, and audit-ready

Essential Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (daily communication required)
• Fluent French
• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

• Experience within construction, engineering, or labour supply environments
• Understanding of site roles, trades, and workforce requirements
• Knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes for site workers
