Stone & Cole is a consulting firm in digital marketing and Artificial intelligence solutions launching in Agadir, partnering with a diverse portfolio of clients to help them grow, communicate, and stand out in their markets. We’re hiring a Content Creator to join our team and take the lead on producing video and visual content for our clients — turning their stories, services, and expertise into content that performs.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, video-first Content Creator to manage content production for multiple clients across different industries. You’ll own the full creative process from concept and planning to shooting, editing, and publishing working closely with our account team and directly with clients to deliver work that meets their goals and our standards.

This is an on-site role at our Agadir office. You’ll be working across Arabic-, French-, and English-speaking client accounts, so strong command of all three languages is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for clients across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Produce a steady stream of short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) as well as longer interview, promo, and corporate content when needed
• Handle on-location shoots around Agadir and occasionally beyond — including lighting, framing, sound, and direction
• Edit footage to a high standard using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut, with motion graphics, captions, and sound design
• Capture supporting photography and create basic graphic assets for social use
• Write clear, on-brand captions and short copy in Arabic, French, and English to accompany content
• Manage content calendars for assigned client accounts and coordinate publishing schedules
• Collaborate with the Stone & Cole team and client stakeholders to align on briefs, feedback, and approvals
• Stay current on trends, formats, and platform changes relevant to our clients’ industries
• Track performance and use insights to improve future content

Qualifications

Required

• 2–4 years of experience as a content creator, videographer, or video editor — ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing skills
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut, plus working knowledge of Photoshop or Canva
• Comfort operating a camera, DSLR/mirrorless, or smartphone rig; solid understanding of lighting and sound
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines
• A sharp eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Based in Agadir or willing to relocate — this is an on-site role

Preferred

• Experience producing content for B2B, professional services, hospitality, real estate, or other consulting-relevant industries
• Motion graphics skills
• On-camera presence or experience directing non-professional talent
• Familiarity with social analytics tools and paid social basics
