Job Description

• Manage and strategize client workload distribution across the Customer Success team.
• Analyze client requirements, service data, and performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement process optimization initiatives for client projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, product) to align client needs with business objectives.
• Create forecasting models to anticipate workload and resource requirements.
• Standardize processes and documentation for better scalability and consistency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and retention.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify gaps.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced English language skills (Verbal and Written).
• Bachelor's degree or higher education in industrial engineering or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in industrial engineering working with client-facing teams, preferably in customer success or account management or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) and project management systems.
• Strong background in workload analysis, process optimization, or operations management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-driven environment.

Workspace Requirements

• Ability to perform independently and remotely.
• Quality equipment (desktop or laptop computer).
• Reliable Internet connection and own dedicated workspace.

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Time Range: 09:00 - 17:00 PST (US hours only)

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Work Presence: Appear live on-camera for the full work shift.

Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market
