I am currently looking for 2 fast and highly motivated Customer Support Agents to help manage our support on WhatsApp (text only).
At the moment, I am the only person handling all support, and due to the growth of the project, I need 2 reliable people to take over part of the WhatsApp support and customer communication.
This is a 100% remote, full-time position with flexible hours.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Handling customer support via WhatsApp (text only)
- Managing subscriptions (tests, activations, renewals)
- Assisting customers with common issues (buffering, channels, EPG, apps)
- Guiding customers through setup (Android TV, Firestick, Smart TV, etc.)
- Answering questions quickly and professionally
- Convincing customers to upgrade or renew when relevant
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English (very important)
- Very fast response time (reactivity is key)
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Stable and reliable internet connection + laptop required
- Organized, serious, and proactive mindset
Compensation & Bonuses
- Base salary (discussed during interview)
- 10% commission on selected sales (Upsells)
- Monthly bonuses can reach up to 9,000 MAD depending on performance
- Additional upsell bonuses available
