Full job description

I am currently looking for 2 fast and highly motivated Customer Support Agents to help manage our support on WhatsApp (text only).

At the moment, I am the only person handling all support, and due to the growth of the project, I need 2 reliable people to take over part of the WhatsApp support and customer communication.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position with flexible hours.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Handling customer support via WhatsApp (text only)
  • Managing subscriptions (tests, activations, renewals)
  • Assisting customers with common issues (buffering, channels, EPG, apps)
  • Guiding customers through setup (Android TV, Firestick, Smart TV, etc.)
  • Answering questions quickly and professionally
  • Convincing customers to upgrade or renew when relevant
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English (very important)
  • Very fast response time (reactivity is key)
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Stable and reliable internet connection + laptop required
  • Organized, serious, and proactive mindset

Compensation & Bonuses

  • Base salary (discussed during interview)
  • 10% commission on selected sales (Upsells)
  • Monthly bonuses can reach up to 9,000 MAD depending on performance
  • Additional upsell bonuses available
