We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound call center team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries related to international shipments, tracking, and logistics support.

Profil Recherché

Answer inbound calls from clients regarding their international shipments and logistics inquiries

Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance and information

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
