As part of the expansion of our Customer Service Department, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent – Fluent English based in Tangier.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the main point of contact between BeLOCUM and its clients, ensuring professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate follow-up of customer requests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Talent Management) to resolve complex cases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience
  • Meet response time targets and quality standards.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms
