Your role:

 

  • Ensure top-quality service and standards
  • Support online shop customers via email and chat
  • Guide customers using our partner’s online shop and products
  • Handle inquiries on orders, deliveries, and complaints

 

You must:

 

  • Be fluent in Spanish
  • Be willing to relocate to Casablanca in Morocco
  • Be ready to start immediately
  • Be comfortable with using a personal computer and different internet applications
  • Be a strong communicator & team player
  • Already have a valid Moroccan work permit
  • Prior call center is an advantage, but not required.
