Full job description
NSNL is building data-driven products and decisions through strong analytics, reliable data pipelines, and practical experimentation. As a Data Intern, you will help turn raw data into insights that teams can act on.
What you will do
- Support data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis
- Build dashboards and recurring reports for product, operations, or growth teams
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from internal sources
- Analyze user or business performance trends and present findings clearly
- Help improve data quality (validation checks, documentation, consistent definitions)
- Assist with basic automation (Python notebooks, scheduled queries, lightweight ETL tasks)
- Contribute to experimentation and measurement (KPIs, cohorts, funnels, A/B analysis where relevant)
What we are looking for
- Student in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or similar)
- Comfortable with SQL (joins, aggregations, basic window functions is a plus)
- Familiar with Python for analysis (pandas, notebooks) or strong motivation to learn fast
- Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can explain results to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase), Git, dbt, cloud data warehouses
