The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless computing experience. This involves promptly resolving technical issues, proactively identifying potential problems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction with our technology services. You will also contribute to ongoing projects to improve the technological environment and user experience.

As a Desktop Technician, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Download and test MS monthly patch in our lab
• Report on any devices that have not completed the update and work with teams to mitigate
• Work with our security prime to develop patching plan for 3rd party and other app patching
• Mainitain daily software standards
• Test new hardware as required, and update image as needed. 

Profil recherché :

This position requires 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a desktop technician or in a related role. Practical experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is essential. Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service within a technical environment will be highly considered. We are looking for someone with a consistent record of positive contributions in previous roles.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive skillset encompassing:

• Proficient with MECM for both OSD and Software updates
• Extensive experience and knowledge in technical and networking architecture, Active Directory, systems
• analysis, security; testing, QA environment, and live production environments
• Experience with automation of MECM reporting and other tools to automate desktop management activities.
