We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our team.

Profile:

• 5–10 years in recruitment (engineering roles required)
• Strong sourcing and technical assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles
• Bilingual French / English required

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract engineering talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Partner with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
