Job Title: English Call Center Agent

Job Description:
MLG (Marketing Leading Generation) is hiring English Call Center Agents to join our professional team in Nador City. We are looking for motivated, confident individuals with good communication skills to handle calls efficiently and professionally.

Working Hours:
Full-time — 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in English
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Follow company guidelines and call scripts
• Maintain accurate call records

Requirements:

• Good level of spoken English
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Call center experience is a plus (not required)
