Full job description
XMA BPO is a subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal. We are currently seeking English-Speaking Administrative Agents with a background in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), or any other relevant professional experience in similar roles. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and administrative operations
- Handle accounts receivable processes and follow-ups
- Ensure administrative coordination and support across departments
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
