We are currently seeking English-Speaking Administrative Agents with a background in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), or any other relevant professional experience in similar roles.
The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounting and administrative operations
• Handle accounts receivable processes and follow-ups
• Ensure administrative coordination and support across departments
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
