Descriptif du poste

Join our team and contribute to the administrative and financial management of our English-speaking customers! As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following operations:
- Collection management for English-speaking customers, including payment follow-up, reminders and dispute resolution.
- Invoice processing for English-speaking customers, including invoice creation, verification, dispatch and follow-up.
- Management of English-speaking customer accounts, updating information, processing requests, reconciling accounts and resolving anomalies.
- Management of English-speaking supplier accounts, including processing supplier invoices, monitoring payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth communication and effective management of English-speaking customer and supplier relationships.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.

Profil Recherché

- Significant experience in a similar back-office role, with a strong focus on finance and accounting.
- Perfect command of English (written and spoken) with excellent professional communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of finance and accounting, including principles of collections, invoicing and accounts receivable/payable management.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify problems and propose solutions.
- Thoroughness, organization, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with IT tools, particularly accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
