Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Call Handling (Core Role): Manage incoming calls from interested clients, understand their needs, and recommend the right charging or equipment solution. Lead Processing & Conversion: Follow up on, qualify, and convert a steady stream of leads generated by our marketing campaigns (no cold starts—your prospects are already warmed up!). Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotes, provide expert guidance, negotiate, and close B2B sales. Targeted Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach and pipeline development to uncover new growth opportunities. Profil recherché pour le poste : English-Speaking Inside Sales Representative - Meknès Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in B2B telesales or customer service. Education: Diploma / Associate Degree (Bac+2) minimum. Language Proficiency: Fluent / Professional working proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Relevant Industry Sectors: Customer Relationship Management, Remote Sales, After-Sales Service. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong active listening skills and ability to quickly grasp client needs. High self-confidence and persuasive negotiation abilities.
