Looking for experienced agents that worked on UK / US Campaign ( Call centre )
Introduction: What is a Housing Disrepair Claim?
A housing disrepair claim is a legal process where tenants report issues in their homes—such as damp, mould, leaks, or unsafe conditions—that their landlord has failed to fix.
Through this process, tenants can:
- Have all necessary repairs completed at no cost
- Potentially receive compensation for inconvenience or health impact
This is a genuine support service aimed at improving living conditions—not a product sale.
The Role (Simple & Straightforward)
As part of our team, your role will involve:
- Making outbound calls to tenants across the UK
- Identifying whether they are experiencing unresolved housing issues
- Checking eligibility for a housing disrepair claim
- Collecting evidence (photos/videos) via WhatsApp or email
Our Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven
- Eager to earn beyond a basic salary
- Committed to performance and personal growth
