We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, partners, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate will be responsive, professional, and well-organized, ensuring seamless communication between Al Buruj Press and its audience.

Profil Recherché

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Communication: Handle inquiries via email and phone regarding events, bookings, and general information.
• Event Support: Provide attendees with details about upcoming lectures, conferences, and retreats, including ticketing and logistics.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and event organizers to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers.
• Database Management: Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure efficient follow-up when needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating event materials, sending confirmation emails, and updating FAQs.
Profil RecherchéRequirements:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Islamic events and the needs of attendees (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work remotely and be responsive to messages and emails within working hours.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using email and WhatsApp
• Professional and patient attitude when dealing with queries and resolving issues.
