Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Tameslouht, Marrakech, MoroccoEmployment Type: Full-Time

With operations in Morocco and the US, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Tameslouht, Marrakech. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management
• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts.
• Support financial reporting and compliance by working closely with external accountants.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports to support financial planning.
• Generate monthly profit & loss statements and other key financial reports.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
• Purchasing & Operations Support
• Manage procurement for studio supplies and operational needs.
• Oversee cost control and vendor relations.
• Courier & Logistics Coordination
• Supervise high-level courier tasks related to business operations.
• Ensure the smooth flow of deliveries and shipments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience.
• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills to support financial decision-making.
• Language: Fluency in English and French required; Arabic is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
