Are you exceptionally fluent in English (spoken, written, and auditory)? We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in Marrakech as B2C Sales Executives for a reputable British law firm specialising in Criminal Injury Compensation (CICA) claims.

This is a client-facing, phone-based sales role, offering a rewarding long-term opportunity for fluent English speakers looking to work with a UK law firm.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written – this is essential)
• Must reside in Marrakech
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to empathise with individuals in vulnerable or distressing situations
• Confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with UK clients over the phone
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments

Working Hours

Evenings and Weekends Only

Monday to Thursday: 17:30 – 21:00

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00

(Shift patterns subject to change based on business needs)

What You'll Be Doing

Help individuals who have been victims of violent crime in the UK. Tasks include:

• Taking sensitive information with care and empathy
• Understanding the incident’s impact on the client
• Explaining the compensation process clearly and professionally
• Submitting new CICA claims on behalf of qualified clients
• Accurately logging all case details into our system
